Okay. I am very impressive about this collagen because usually, when I buy vegan suplements, they are not as good as they promise, but this... oh girl... This is something else! I can notice since day two of taking them that my hair and nails have been growing faster, and amazingly enough I also noticed that it suppresses my appetite, so I don't crave anything sweet or any other snack at all. It's weird but I've been feeling a little pain in my veins lately, but not in the same place. I don't know if that is linked to these capsules but I think it is worth mentioning. I plan to buy the normal capsules for my mom and the Brain Booster because she has been forgetting things and sometimes her mind gets foggy, and I think they will work because I have read very good reviews about it. By the way, the capsule is big as you can tell in the third photo. 💜

Two months in and no visible changes. Why would there be? There is no data to support any benefit from collagen supplementation. But we all still hold out hope. Don't buy it. Just stay out of the sun, stay hydrated, and follow a healthy diet. That's all you can really do.
