Small, easy to swallow, no weird taste, and so far no digestive kickback. Assuming they contain what they claim - and I have no reason to suspect they don’t - they seem like a great daily multivitamin. For a 1m supply, I think the price is a little high, but reasonable.

My normal daily vitamin is a single caplet versus the Vital Vitamins two capsules to get the recommended daily values of vitamins. The Vital Vitamins has 24 vitamins that have an established daily value and their Male Vitality Heath System Blend has an additional 12 minerals or extracts. Established daily values are set by the Food and Drug Administration in the US. I got this men’s formula multi vitamin to see if I should supplement my normal adult 50+ daily vitamin. The difference between the Vital Vitamins and my normal daily vitamin is negligible sans their proprietary Male Vitality Heath System Blend.

Hubby is happy with this. He has been asking me for multi-vitamins, and the only ones in the house I had were "women's" or "children's liquid", and he kept harping to get something. I had him compare the RDA of these to the women's vitamins that I have been taking. He kept stating out loud how these new vitamins have MORE RDA quantity in many of the vitamin categories than my women's. Overall, these seem good. The capsule is larger, but hubby takes other supplements that are about this size. All is well so far.

Rather than list the incredibly impressive list of ingredients that you'll find in this product (and it is a LONG list!), I would point out the groups of them. This product is different from most other multi-vitamins. Yes, it contains the Vitamins you'd expect, and in fact you receive 100% of the recommended daily allowance for many of them. But more than that, you'll find that it also has an Herbal blend, and an Amino Acids blend. Very impressive, indeed. This bottle contains 60 capsules, and that will give you a 30 day (1 month) supply. Considering all that you get here, it's a very good value. Please see the pics to check out all the ingredients. I would say these are normal for any supplement that's capsule sized. They're mostly flavorless if you're swallowing them immediately with water. They're well packaged, and I will continue to take them.
