I was introduced to colostrum via powder. It’s not my favorite way to take it. Capsules are better but then added vitamins and supplements are put in which makes it better for your immune system, which colostrum is to affect. Not bad. No bad taste. Easy to take. Price is ok. Not bad, not great.

Great product, be warned it has a potent flavor. I take pills and capsules by the handful. I joke that I have a meal in my hands. Taking them orally is not difficult for me. However, I found myself gagging and even throwing them up in my mouth due to the flavor. Be warned. Great product though, minus the flavor.

I've basically finished the bottle, and I've had absolutely zero issues whatsoever. The only real thing I'd note is that it does smell kinda funky. Not bad or questionable, just funky. I've read there are benefits to taking this supplement but usually a larger amount is suggested. More like 3 grams which would be 3000/375 = 8 capsules a day. Does include some other supplements and comes in a double sealed bottle.

This is my first try at a colostrum supplement. It doesn’t have any bad odor, the capsules all appear to be intact. I haven’t had any adverse effects, if they help me, would have no problem buying these again.
