I usually take a bunch of supplements and a multivitamin everyday. These include colostrum, collagen, AND the multivitamins women need in their daily routine! I'm impressed by the ingredients in these and have only been taking them a little over a week so hopefully I see results soon as well. I also bought the men's multi's for my husband.

It’s sometimes hard to gauge how effective any particular supplement is without fancy lab equipment. They’re easy to swallow and don’t smell or taste of anything really so I’d say they see on par with other multivitamins I’ve taken.

These multi-vitamins have plenty of "good stuff" in them - supplements that I need because I don't get enough in my daily diet - and in the photograph, they looked small enough that a person like me who has trouble swallowing anything much bigger than the end of my pinky finger would be able to get down. Alas, they're quite large. Rather than throw them in the trash can, I passed them on to our grown-up granddaughter, who has no such swallowing issues and snapped them up faster than a double-chocolate-covered brownie - so they'll be put to good use.

These are a great way to get the vitamins and collagen you might be missing. Easy to swallow and without a smell. It provides a lot of different supplements in one form which is really convenientm and the price is fairly decent.

This multi has a great formulation. I love the inclusion of Hyaluronic acid and collagen. The packaging is professional looking and the capsules are easy to swallow. It’s a pretty good price for a 30 day supply. Made in the USA!

It seems the older I get the more I focus on making sure I'm getting all of my daily vitamin needs. These have definitely hit the mark for me! First, there is no unusual smell which is a win as I'm sensitive to smells. They are capsules and I haven't found them difficult to swallow. They have all of the nutrients I normally look for and a few bonus beauty ones that I figured it couldn't hurt to try. Overall, these are a win and I look forward to seeing how I feel after hitting the thirty day mark. Well done Vital!

Good ingredients I just wish the dose was only one capsule instead of two. The addition of collagen and hyaluronic acid to a multivitamin is a very helpful.

So far I really like these multivitamins. I do feel that they have quality ingredients. I always take with food, but so far haven’t had any stomach upset when taking these, which is great with 100% DV of iron. My skin also doesn’t seem to be as dry despite the awful winter weather, which I think is because of the collagen/hyalauronic acid. The pills themselves are on the larger size, but they don’t leave behind the awful after taste that some vitamins can. Overall I think I will continue to use these even after I’m finished with this bottle.

I usually don't take vitamins since I believe in the whole foods approach to get my vitamins and minerals. Nonetheless, decided to try these just because. For starters, it's packaged well. The vitamins are essentially powder in a plastic looking capsule. It was off-putting at first glance. Made me not want to take vitamins, but I did. No sensitivity so far. This is a 30 day supply...two capsules per day.

I like that these multivitamins include your daily dose of essential vitamins with the addition of collagen and other beauty supplements. Only time will tell if I see any benefits! These pills are about 1 inch long and they’re pretty easy to swallow. I like that the pill capsule doesn’t dissolve the instant it’s in your mouth. There’s no flavor or weird after taste.

I recently received the Vital Vitamins Women's Multivitamin Complex, and I like that it provides 100% of many essential vitamins our bodies need, such as Vitamins A, C, E, B6, B12, and D3. I like that this has a high D percentage which I often lack in the wintertime. The inclusion of collagen, biotin, and antioxidants adds extra support for beauty and wellness, and like that it also contains magnesium, which I am hoping will help lower my glucose levels as I manage being newly pre-diabetic. This is a 30-day supply with 2 capsules per serving, and I have not experienced any stomach issues since starting them. While it will take time to notice significant changes, I feel confident in the quality of these vitamins and look forward to seeing long-term results.
