It's biotin and more! I wanted to experiment with hair supplements to see if I notice any difference. I'm also on Minoxidil and Finasteride, so it's hard to tell what is affecting what. With a 60 day supply, it's also hard to determine if it affected my hair long term. But I will say with all the treatments I'm on, something it working, and I want to give this complex partial credit. I also noticed my nails grew super fast!
I'm glad that these were 5000mg per capsule, as I other supplements are 10,000mg, which upset my digestive system. 5000mg is way more biotin than the body needs daily, so I feel like 10,000 way way way overkill. The capsule tastes kind of bad compared to other supplements, but it's a pill so it goes down quick without any issues.
Be sure to do your research on supplements and what your body actually needs. Consider getting a blood test and have a doctor inform you on your nutrition.

These biotin pills are easy to swallow, they’re not too big and there’s hardly any smell. I take these with multivitamins and other daily vitamins. I have no side effects from these vitamins, my hair seems to be growing out fuller. My energy level is about the same or a bit more so far, my skin looks great, there’s no after taste to these vitamins.
