This is the second time that I have ordered a BSC and had issues with the size. I received my first cap as a Christmas gift and it fit great. I ordered another one for myself and it came small. I returned it for a credit (I have yet to order a replacement). My kids bought me this cap for father's day and it was tight. I ordered an XL and the one I received was labeled an XL but measured as a large (59cm). Boston Scally lacks customer service (there are no means to talk with human about the issue) and they ding you for returns (customer eats the shipping cost and they charge restocking fees). I wish BSC company had no risk returns. It's a bummer, because I like these caps when they fit. But with the difficulty of connecting with a human from the company and the financial risk being assumed by the consumer on returns, I don't know that buying from BSC is in my future.

Very tight and clean stitching, sizes advertised are accurate and fits perfectly. The only thing that sucked is I paid for 3 day shipping at the beginning of the week yet didn’t get it for a week but these things happen.
