I had to return a cap thats sizing was off but the return & replacement process was quick and easy with no additional costs. New cap, like my other scally caps, fits like a glove.

I have wanted a Boston Scally Co Cap for years, but their business model does not have ANY retail locations. Being someone who wants to try on new items, it has held me from ordering. Was willing to head anywhere to try one on... I finally pull the trigger and order two Caps. 1 is too small and 1 is too large. I then exchanged 1 cap and ordered 2 others in diff sizes and materials. I kept 2 caps and in the long run sent back 3 (1 exchange and 2 return) With this business model not to cover the cost of shipping items back for return and taking a restocking from refunded items, the purchase of 2 Scally Caps cost me what is the equivalent of 3.. wll I have 2 I like and a bad taste in my mouth...

I love the design. I looks great. I love my hat. I only wish there was a Small/Medium option. Small was too tight and the Medium/Large is a bit loose. Over all I am happy with my new Peaky cap

The fit of the Peaky is exceptional, even better than I expected. I’m giving it 4 stars because the stitching of the panels is off-center. This really only matters for the front-center stitch line, as it being off-center is annoying. I do also worry about how the quality of the felt exterior will hold up in the long run. However, It’s a great cap at a fair price.

Quality made Hat. Follow there hat sizing chart well. They truly truly know what they are talking about when it comes to sizing. Mine arrived and it was slightly too big. My fault though. Over all I am very happy and will purchase another one!
