Nice hat seems to be well made. I have 4 hats from them now all supposed to be the same size. 2 fit great , 1 is a little big and this one is a little small. Evidently sizes are not part of quality control.

Ordered hat received the pins separately then my hat was ordered was canceled and refunded got a pin for a hat I didn't get no explanation on why my hat order was refunded and canceled

I love the look of the hat, but so far I've bought 4 different Scally 's in the same size and every single one is a different size. This is by far the largest of the 4. They sell out so fast that you can't exchange it, so I'm trying to use resizing tape to make it work. Lesson learned.

I still am not happy with customer service. I tried to change color of order within 1/2 hour of placing order. I was told that was not possible. The representative did not seem to be helpful at all, telling me all the things they could not do and not anything they could do. Also all responses were not signed by any individual. I gave my name would have liked the same courtesy.
