I purchased two hats. The copper & ash one is much smaller than the blood rose. They are the xsmall size. Can I exchange it (copper & ash) for the next size up? This was my initial order from Boston Scally. The cap was received in a timely fashion,the quality of the cap was outstanding. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size. That being said the return process is incredibly easy, customer service is amazing. If you want my honest opinion, this is the best I have. Since that order I have ordered an additional 12 caps! The way you ship it the hat had a wrinkle in it that was very hard to remove. The cost of your shipping is really on the high side for such a light weight item, makes me think twice about ordering.
