Comfy cap but I didn't like the look. I also don't like Boston Scally's return process. For the price of these hats and this being an online business, it should be as cumbersome or costly to return a cap. I lost money finding out this want the cap for me. I'll likely buy one more and be done. Returns should be no cost risk to the customer and no fuss. Make it one click and done. It's a shame, I recommend these caps to everyone I see. I'll explain the risk of not liking your order buyer beware from now on.

I ordered the Irish rose cap for my husband last year and love the look. I got him the scrapper cap this time in black so it’s more of an everyday look and not made of wool so it’s cooler in warmer weather. I will keep adding to the collection!

Quality of the hat is nice but - 1) the front seem was very off center and 2) hat size M/L, which should have fit based on website description and my head measurement (58.3cm), still allowed 4 fingers to fit between the hat and my head. It was way too big. Returned for a refund and am stuck paying a restocking fee for lack of quality control on the company's part. Overall not a good experience.

I bought two hats, I like the hats very much. One hat had a very minor flaw in one of the seams. Contacted customer service just to see what they thought and I sent a photo. Rapid email response, they apologized said a replacement was on its way and to keep the first one. Surpassed my expectations.
