The Dash Mini Pie makes the most adorable and delicious mini pies. I used ready made frozen pie crust with a fresh mixed Berry filling. For the pie top I made a lattice weave. It cooked does for about 12 minutes, browned evenly and was bubbling. Easy to remove.
I have made many a pie in my time, but this was too easy. Easy as pie. Looking forward to making Apple, pecan, pumpkin, and coconut custard .

I bought this to make mini pies for July 4th this year. I was very excited because I have many of the mini waffle makers. Please someone tell me what happened here? I ended up cutting out the raw dough on top and baking it in my oven in order to get a crust on top as you see in the picture with the 3 pies.

I bought this a while back and the first time I attempted to make three different kinds of pies with it. I followed the instructions and could not get the top pie crust to bake completely. After opening it when the time was up I would see that the crust wasn't done so I closed it back up again and baked it for another 5 minutes and still couldn't get the dough cooked. The outer crust started to burn so I gave up.

This was so much fun! Made 4 little aoole pies and everyone loved them.....yummy! I have been cooking for 60 years, rarely go out to eat, so this pie maker gave me something new to try and makes cooking more fun.
We already have 2 waffle makers and love them. This is a great addition.

I was super excited to try this out for pot pies. I've had slight difficulty with the dough not cooking fully while the crust begins to burn. I created a foil ring to protect the crust from burning and it worked well. Nonetheless, the pies are so tiny that I can barely add filling and in the end it's not even really worth the effort by the time you get around to the part where you get to eat it.
