I made some pancakes this morning, and I followed the Recipe. For some reason, the pancakes came out flat. They didn’t look light and fluffy like in the demonstration in the videos or in the pictures. I’m not sure what went wrong? I will freeze them and pop them in the toaster in the mornings.

Every morning I make egg whites using my mini griddle. The round size fits perfectly on a bagel, flat bread buns, you can even split it to put on a slider bun.

This is my second one of these little griddles and this is a best little sandwich maker I have ever had.
My first model lasted multiple years and I only had to replace it because the non-stick coating was starting
to wear through after hundreds of uses. I highly recommend this product. It has been many years since I
have had a product last as long as this griddle.
