Obsessed w this color, I finally tried a new shade after having purple hair for years and I love it! The teal is rich and vibrant, definitely giving mermaid vibes. It turned out slightly brighter and a little greener than I expected, but this could be due to the level and tone of bleaching. To get a deeper teal I’d start w a darker base next time. (Bleached shade in third pic.) Also recommend The Remedy product post-bleach to help restore softness. As with all overtone products my hair feels so soft and healthy. I have finer curly hair and am careful with what products I use…it’s my go to dye for a reason!

I used midnight teal after using a highlighting cap and the Bleach 30 kit on my hair that was colored with auburn brown. It made the blue streaks pop more! I added the blue to my highlights after the bleach was washed out. (Didn’t remove cap.) was nervous it would be a mess because it felt that way! But walah! Perfect results!!

Expected a deeper/darker shade. Might be on darker hair or mixed with black. Faded to an unfortunate green on bleached hair.

I have used the purple for a long time, and was so excited to see Teal!!! I have dark brown hair with increasing amounts of gray hair showing up. The teal covers the gray hair perfectly! It's most noticeable in direct sunlight or light, but I love it!! I leave it on for about an hour before rinsing out, and I use another brand's daily conditioner in teal (only because Overtone doesn't have a daily teal yet) to keep up the color.

I used the Midnight Teal on parts of my hair - not all. Very satisfied. Gave me a little ump!

Teal color comes out beautifully vibrant and bright. Fades more green than blue. The pignment doesn't last long on greying or white hair; maybe 5 washes. It works best for me if I start with faded blue (blue has better staying power on my white hair). Topping the teal over faded blue helps it last a few more washes and helps it fade in more of a true teal shade.

Not quite sure what it is, bit the texture feels slightly different, and it left a bit more staining on the skin when rinsing off. Time will tell how future rinsing will do. I typically use the dark purple. Nice color for a change.

I have black hair with white/grey streaks. The midnight teal took perfectly to my greys and added very vibrant, beautiful highlights. Highly recommend for anyone going grey who wants a nice color pop.

This is the shade I’ve wanted for years. Tried to get it by mixing blue and green in the past, and it didn’t work then. This is great! It worked better on my brown hair than I expected. Can’t wait for the daily conditioner to be available in this shade, too!
