My starting color is naturally dark blonde/ light brown with thin highlights. I wanted to go copper but not too red or too orange and couldn’t commit to permanent color. I do plan to go back to blonde at some point. I applied the Golden Copper treatment mask all over for only 15 minutes because I was scared it would be too dark. The color came out stunning!! My hair felt nice and the shower wasn’t completely stained. The color deposited well on my highlights (as expected) but didn’t deposit any color on my natural roots or scattered grays. I am going to try 30 minutes next time to see if I can get some gray coverage. It is already fading out after 2 washes but still a nice color and I intend to use Overtone again!
