The sizing is a joke. I measured got my size based on the chart and it was too small so exchanged. Now the next size up doesn’t fit. To return a second time is insane. The S and M must be for children. I’m 5ft, 105 pounds and the medium doesn’t go up my knee. Super frustrating.

Let me just start off by saying, these are my first knee sleeves so I am not 100% sure how they are supposed to fit and feel, but I am giving 4 stars because I originally purchased a size small and made sure to measure myself and follow the measuring chart. They were still too small. I couldn't even get them past my calves and I do not by any means have large calves. They are pretty tiny and actually an insecurity of mine. The exchange process was easy and I got a medium but I am still not too sure about the fit. Still difficult for me to put on and they barely make it to the top of my knee. For reference, I have a 26 in waist and 127 pounds. I know this has nothing to do with my knees/leg size but I find it hard to believe I could possibly need a size large. I love uppper, and was really excited for this purchase to match the rest of my neon pink gear. Maybe I need to break them in more.

I sized up due to the description saying they run small but upon using them they were actually bigger than needed. I have a pair in blue those fit perfect but after a few uses they lose the support feeling.

I’m a size 10 but apparently my knees are the largest size they have a size for, which I’m ok being the biggest size, but you should make more inclusive sizing

I’ve been doing CrossFit and weightlifting for the last 2 years and these are by far some of the best knee sleeves I’ve purchased! They work great for me and I loved the colors. I bought my first round and came back for more as I love them that much. Worth the money as my Amazon ones tore and did not hold up at all. Shared them with my gym girlies so thry could purchase them!

I’ve wanted to try knee sleeves for ages so treated myself to the bright pink ones in the sale to go with my other lifting gear. I lifted more than I ever have on my deficit lunges and they made my lifts feel so much smoother. Game changer for walking lunges too. Yet to trial them out with squats but think they’ll be equally amazing! 💖

They are thick!! High quality! Definitely worth the money. I was having knee pain when lifting and these definitely helped. Only thing I would say is size up. If you think your a medium your probably large. I have thick thighs so I got them in large the first time but they wouldn’t go up my knees. I emailed them and their return process is so easy and they are so helpful. I was able to get the XL really fast
