I had fairly severe elbow tendinitis and the tuff Sleeves were able to give me the stability I needed to continue to workout with significantly less pain. Additionally, the sleeve help warm up the elbow joints quicker and allowed me to get into my working sets quicker

I’ve deliberated for a while on elbow supports, I’ve considered medical support types and sports but finally settled on these from Tuff and I’m not disappointed. I’ve started to experience tennis elbow type pain over the last 6 months and had to keep stopping my home gym workouts but as soon as I put the sleeve on my troublesome left elbow the relief was instant and I’ve just done a few sets of flies with no discomfort at all. I’ll work my way back up to the weight and frequency of exercising to monitor progress but it seems this was £49 very well spent! It was very tight at first making me think I should have ordered a size up but after a couple of times on they give ever so slightly (and are easier on and off with a little talc)

These are great elbow sleeves, this is my second set as I wanted a spare whilst one set was in the laundry. They have helped prevent elbow soreness, I wear them for all arm push exercises.

These elbow sleeves are great. The first time I wore them, the normal soreness is get in my elbows after benching heavy was gone, my elbows felt completely normal and didn’t ache like they have been. Helps keep everything in line, complete game changer for me. I would heed the warning of sizing though. I measured my elbows at 13”, ordered the XL, I should’ve done the XXL. I can still wear them but they are a little on the tighter side.
