It is precisely what I was looking for. When doing hip thrusts with other barbell pads, I kept getting bruises, and none compared. The padding feels more on the stiff side and not soft when you get it, but it is just right after a couple of uses!

I absolutely love this barbell pad!! I was looking for a pad that would be able to cushion my hips when lifting over 300lbs and I finally found it. The product is so well made with soft leather, strong velcro and the perfect density of foam. The pad fits perfectly around standard barbells without slipping around at all. I got the baby blue and i absolutely love the colour, i’ve gotten so many compliments at the gym! I have recommended it to all of my friends and I can’t wait to try more UPPPER gear!!
