Never tried knee sleeves before. I was towards the bottom on 1 size and went 1 size down. Fit very well. Use mostly during warm up and lighter weights before going heavy and using knee wraps.

Here's the scoop and I'm gonna tell ya: I'm 36 yo and I decided to jump in 75 Hard. My training had fallen off a good deal so I thought that would jumpstart it back up. I was absolutely right but going from training maybe 3 times a week (including running days) to training twice every single day was brutal on my joints. I've never had any problems before but 3-4 weeks into the program my elbows and knees were almost useless. Tendonitis is a cruel B. I got Tuff's elbow sleeves and these knee sleeves and WOW. My knees have been pain free ever since the 2nd or 3rd time I wore them during a leg day. I'm 5'8", 145 lbs. and have toothpick legs (I promise I train legs just as much as any other muscle group) and the Large fits me perfectly. These sleeves are worth every penny. Do NOT try and get clever and go get some cheap knockoff from China. The quality isn't even remotely close. These puppies are all you'll kneed (see what I did there?) to get back to squatting so we can reclaim our sky's out thighs out holidays. Stay hard.

Really great for their price honestly. I had some cheap knee sleeves before that would stretch out after a moderate amount of use. These ones are stupid sturdy and really tough. The small size does fit incredibly tight tho so if you’re looking for a lil bigger size I’d recommend going one up then what you think you need

These are fitting a little loose…. thought my older to pairs were worn out, going to have to drop a size , unless manufacturing vendors or locations have changed… once I find the right fit, should be good to go. Prefer tuff wrap knee sleeves over all others, including prescription level braces, thanks tuff wraps!!

Overall good pair of knee sleeves, however I’m usually a medium and I ordered medium but they were tighter than expected. (Tightness while working out was good except they are difficult to put on). And they were a little shorter than other sleeves I’ve bought but I think they’re supposed to be this way.
