I saw someone at the gym wearing this exact belt and asked her about it. She said she liked it a lot and after reading reviews online I decided to buy it. It’s my first lifting belt I’ve ever used or owned but I knew I needed it. Recovering from a back injury, my health professionals have all suggested using a belt while I’m at the gym. I placed an order for multiple items and realized I selected the wrong size lifting belt after checking out. I was a little hesitant at first to purchase because only mediums were available at the time I was searching for a belt. According to the sizing chart I needed a Large, but I’m so glad I did I purchase a medium, the medium fits me so well! Yeah it’s a little snug but I put it on the 2nd to last holes available and it feels so good when I’m squatting, doing rdls, or performing barbell back rows. So happy with my purchase and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a lifting belt!
