Brother Kent should be advised to consider putting a warning label on the Green Chile and Chipotle Cowboy Chutney. If somebody was to get some of that on their forehead, their tongue is likely to knock them cross-eyed trying to get at it. Better safe than sorry. Just sayin'.

Was looking for a good chunky hot pepper jelly. The one I use to use was discontinued. Even if this is not a jelly, I wanted to try it to see if it would work. This works great, in my Chicken Chile. I just used less, because it is a little spicier, I put the jar on the table if anyone wanted to add more. Try it you will like it...

I love it!! It is placed on a variety of foods from scrambled eggs and hash browns in the morning, to an avocado and chicken sandwich at lunch to a steak at dinner!! It's the best!!

Update for yesterday's message. I did receive the replacement shipment. A preliminary taste test was made. The chutney is amazing. If it ever gets cold here in SE Texas (high of 78 degrees here today), I'll be making a pot of Kent Rollins' Cowboy Chili.

Not enough folks make an outstanding chutney these days...but these days are GONE now that Kent and Shannon have put out this amazing Green Chile and Chipotle Cowboy Chutney! The smokiness and spice pair well with anything "carne". I have enjoyed spreading this on pork chops, as well as on chicken tamales! You will not be disappointed with this product! Enjoy!

It is awesome mixed with tuna for a yummy sandwich. For a quick snack I make cheese quesadilla and add cowboy chutney to top for a wonderful sweet spicy flavor.
