I have had negative GI issues for over two years. Because of that my body expelled almost all I ate only hours after I ingested the foods. I saw a GI doctor and they were of little help. Took shots, antibiotics, probiotics and other medications. I lost over 80 pounds during the 2 years. I became malnourished and sickly. I changed my diet but that didn’t help much. I've been searching for something healthy to take the place of hot chocolate and I found it with this creamer. I put it in warm milk (coconut or raw) and it is perfect. Not bitter, no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

I loved this addition to my coffee and matcha. It adds great flavor and sweetness without affecting my macros too much. I will say that one scoop was preferred over two due to the sweetness, but that ended up working out with my macros anyway. Love the added benefits that this provides as well.
