I combine this with BCAA, Greens, Reds and electrolytes first thing in the AM. Glutamine seems to help with muscle soreness but aid with digestion and brain function. I am going to keep this in the rotation of AM products.

Excellent product and wish we had started taking it a long time ago. From the first night, we both experienced noticeably better sleep. My husband said he fell asleep quicker, slept deeper, and fell back asleep faster after getting up in the middle of the night. This wasn't even the reason we bought this product, but what a great bonus! My husband and I have been mixing it in with our protein and Naked creatine shakes each day. It basically disappears as soon as it hits the water (so does the Naked creatine). It also has no discernable taste. Will definitely buy again when we run out.

Easy way to add glutamine, and Naked is legit. Pills are easy to swallow and you get a gram per 2 capsules. I have not noticed any massive gains or anything like that, but really I don't expect it. With something like a glutamine supplement I expect to get 1-3% improvement in lifts and mass gains vs not taking it. Seems small, I know, but keep stacking those small improvements with consistency in the gym and it will take you further then you thought you could go. Good supplement. give it a try.

I've only recently begun using it, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet, but I can say that the powder easily mixes with water and is tasteless. I don't even notice any grainy texture while drinking it.
