I’ve been adding this to my chamomile herbal tea before bed and it makes it so delicious! Only 4 stars because I didn’t realize before I bought this that it is supposed to be used in hot drinks, I had intended to add it to smoothies, but am pleased with it in my tea.

I have had negative GI issues for over two years. Because of that my body expelled almost all I ate only hours after I ingested the foods. I saw a GI doctor and they were of little help. I loved this addition to my coffee and matcha. It adds great flavor and sweetness without affecting my macros too much. I will say that one scoop was preferred over two due to the sweetness, but that ended up working out with my macros anyway. Love the added benefits that this provides as well.
