This really helps my workout recovery if I drink it intra workout. I do four scoops and I'm a lot less sore and the weights go up every workout! Great product, I like that there's no garbage in it!

Very happy w/ the Naked EAAS. Name is exactly what you get. Blends extremely easily without clumping in water, even cold water. Add a little stevia or allulose, and you're good. My only thought is it comes with a very small scoop, approx. 4 grams (5 rounded). Would be simpler to include a 10 gram scoop w/ a longer handle. Otherwise, it's perfect. Seems to help w/ my workouts -- I drink approx. 6 oz. before, and another 6 during the workout. Seems to enhance stamina, and resistance tolerance.

I take this to supplement my plant based diet. In case you're curious, one serving size is the equivalent of 20g of total protein (according to ChatGPT, using the EAA breakdown provided by Naked). I aim to have 1.5g/kg of body weight per day, so I use at least three servings a day. It's super efficient and cost effective, and I feel confident I'm giving my body sufficient protein. I just have it in a small glass of water, and the taste is over and done with a few seconds after I swallow. 10 out of 10 for this product!
