This has been my go-to for about 8 months now, I drink it every morning. The taste is really good and it dissolves quickly. I only use 1 scoop at a time and this works well enough for me. I do not use it for a pre-workout supplement, I use it as my morning caffeine routine. I really appreciate this company, their transparency, and the commitment they have to producing and providing clean products. Tried multiple pre workouts from different brands and this one is the best. Doesn’t have that major “pre” taste. I like the low amount of beta alanine as well. Gives me a little bit of that “itch” but just enough. Tastes good and hope to try other flavors!
