I have picky eaters in my household but we’ve put the Bacon Bleu on chicken, steak, burgers, even on some homemade bread. It’s delicious! Everyone in the family loves it. 10/10 would 100% recommend to anyone!

Not generally a big fan of Bleu cheese, but I’m SOOOOO glad we tried this! Ground chuck smashburgers on the Blackstone; added a healthy bit of BACON BLEU BURGER SEASONING, a couple peppered bacon strips and a slice of provolone. Gotta tell y’all that was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Not even kidding!!

Went simple and used a good amount of Bacon Bleu on some ground chuck. Threw on a slice of pepper jack and a bit of bacon jam. That’s it — blown away at how delicious this was. Amazing. ❤️‍🔥🔥😋

Start with a well-marbled T-bone, season generously, and sear it to a perfect crust. You’ll Need: • 32 oz – T-Bone Steak • 4 TB – Black Tie Steak Seasoning • 1 TB – Olive Oil • 5 Cloves – Garlic, Chopped • 1 Sprig – Rosemary • 1 Sprig – Thyme • 4 TB - Butter Directions: 1. Season your steak generously with Black Tie Steak Seasoning and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. 2. Preheat your skillet over medium heat until it’s very hot.   3. Our Bacon Bleu Signature Burger will have you singing some rhythm and bleus!🎙️🥓 You’ll Need: 1 ½ LB – Ground Beef  2 TB – Bacon Bleu Burger Blend  4 – Pretzel Burger Buns  2 Cup – Arugula  ½ Cup – Bleu Cheese Crumbles  12 Slice – Bacon  BLUEBERRY JALAPENO COMPOTE 2 Pint – Blueberries, fresh  1 – Jalapeno, thinly sliced  2 Tb – Sherry Vinegar  Directions:  1. Combine the ingredients for the blueberry jalapeno compote in a sauce pot and place over medium heat. 2. Bring to a simmer and lower heat. 3. Stirring occasionally, cook until the compote is reduced and thickened. Set aside. 4. Form the ground beef into 4 portioned patties. Season them generously with Bacon Bleu Burger Blend. 5. Fire up the grill! 6. Cook the bacon on a griddle or in the oven until your desired texture. 7. Cook the burgers over direct heat. 8. We’re back!  When the cold weather hits, the warm, comfort food takes over! Add this smoked chicken and dumpling soup to your weekly dinner plans. You’ll need: 1 – Chicken, whole fryer  (2 ½ - 4 ½ pounds). ½ C – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub  2 T – Olive Oil  1 – Onion  4 – Carrots  4 Stalks – Celery  6 Cloves – Garlic  6 T – Butter  6 T – Flour  ¾ C – Dry White Wine  5 C – Chicken Broth or Stock  1 C – Heavy Cream  Dumplings: 2 C – Flour  2 t – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub  2 t – Baking Powder  1 ¼ C – Heavy Cream  Directions: 1. Preheat smoker or oven to 350 degrees. 2. Season the chicken generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub. Place the chicken on the smoker or oven and cook for 75-90 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. 3. Cool to room temperature. 4. Dice the vegetables and sauté them in a Dutch oven, over medium high heat with oil for 3-4 minutes until the onions become slightly translucent. 5. Add butter and melt before adding in the flour. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 6. Add white wine and cook until the mixture is thick. 7. Add chicken stock and cream, bring to a simmer. 8. Remove the meat from the chicken and shred. Add to the soup. 9. Simmer for 15 minutes. 10. Make the dumpling dough by combining the ingredients listed and mixing until the dough forms. 11. Flatten the dough to 1 ½” thick and then cut it into 1 ½” squares. 12. Form the dumplings into balls and then drop them into the soup. 13. Bacon Bleu Buffalo Chicken Burger🍔 Try saying that 5 times fast! You'll need: 1 LB – Ground Chicken 2 TB – Bacon Bleu Burger Blend 4 – Burger Buns 8 Slice – Bacon 1 Cup – Blue Cheese Crumbles ½ Cup – Frank’s Red Hot Sauce Shredded Lettuce Directions: 1. Portion the ground chicken into 2 oz meatballs. 2. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. 3. Lay out the pieces of bacon on the griddle and cook to your liking. 4. Scrape most of the bacon fat away. 5. Place a chicken meatball on the griddle and then smash with a heavy-duty spatula or burger press. 6. Season with Bacon Bleu Burger blend. Once caramelized, flip the burgers. 7.
