WOW! I love how fast the shipping was. It came the next day. I love how lightweight and sturdy it is. Walking was very comfortable in socks didn’t feel it too warm. the color is beautiful i got white with a dash of pink. overall very impressed.

It's a nice 10 minute interval workout machine and you feel in all over especially in the legs and butt and abdomen areas!!!

I’m really enjoying this Vibration plate. It is exactly as described and easy to set up. I feel like it definitely helps with digestion. Haven’t noticed any difference with lymphatic drainage just yet. A negative-the rubber on the foot massager comes off very easily and is difficult to put back on.

I love how fast and well packaged the item came. I love how easy it was to setup and use and could literally have included no instructions as the product itself has instructions to help with exercises.
