It’s cool I’m learning somatic vibrations with this unit hopefully it produces results. I haven’t felt relaxed in a long time. It has suction cups but I don’t find them to work very well for tilting. Be careful when using it if you have mobility issues.

I love how simple this product was to set up! You out the included batteries into the remote, plug it in, and press the on button on the remote twice and you're good to go! I put mine in front of my bathroom sink so I use it for 10 minutes while I do my morning routine and again for the preset 10 minutes during my night routine! I leave it sitting there but it is compact enough to slide under your bed or lean it against a wall behind or on the side of furniture. I've had it for about a week and I love it! If you're on the fence about trying one, let this be your sign to go for it!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect… but hoping for help with puffiness and lymphatic drainage. After one use of 10 minutes, I already feel like I did an intense workout. I stood, squated, and planked on the plate. I’m excited to see more results!!

Characteristics: Just an up and down speed no program. Disappointing. Material: Its durable and and well crafted. Size: Nice size compact takes up less space. I gave it a 3 star because is very basic and simplistic. Before I purchased this vibration plate. I bought one through another company and it cost less and had resistance bands. It had program settings and much more powerful.

I love the Merach vibration plate. Since it has the slight curve on the sides it's helping me strengthen my feet. I've been having arch issues in my feet and I can feel it strengthen the foot. I wasn't sure if I would like it so started small but feel I will be moving to the bigger flat one. I stand on it many times throughout the day for 10 minutes at this time. I recently started sitting and working on different parts of my body. It's quiet and doesn't make a lot of noise. Was worried since I live in an apartment. But it's perfect.
