I love how simple this product was to set up! You out the included batteries into the remote, plug it in, and press the on button on the remote twice and you're good to go! I put mine in front of my bathroom sink so I use it for 10 minutes while I do my morning routine and again for the preset 10 minutes during my night routine! I leave it sitting there but it is compact enough to slide under your bed or lean it against a wall behind or on the side of furniture. I've had it for about a week and I love it! If you're on the fence about trying one, let this be your sign to go for it!

I love the soft vibrations! I use it for the firstbtime and it felt wonderful. The surface of my MERACH feels nice and soft. The rubber on the surface has great tread for non-slip I definitely need. Size: I appreciate the size of the machine. It's well worth it! I'm going to tell my friend!.

I’m really enjoying this Vibration plate. It is exactly as described and easy to set up. I feel like it definitely helps with digestion. Haven’t noticed any difference with lymphatic drainage just yet. A negative-the rubber on the foot massager comes off very easily and is difficult to put back on.
