This product is very upsetting to say the least. I feel absolutely no heat at alllllllll. The vibration is extremely low. I would not recommend this product to NOBODY. especially if you have knee problems for real. I feel like my money was played with. And I'm pissed off.

Not sure about the product within, but when it arrived the packaging was completely destroyed. It was merely wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap and then placed in a thin bag that was taped up. Returning as I cannot gift this as intended and I’m not sure if it even works after arriving like this.

It’s a good product The only thing is in the reviews and in the pictures of the one I thought I was ordering came with two straps. This one only comes with one that’s my only disappointment. My reason is because my husband is husky one ❤️ and the two straps would have felt secure for him.

The top part was like a sticker and it was coming off. The heat feels nice. It seems like it's for a bigger knee to fill in the space they have. I didn't really get the full effect and it's vibrating not a massage.

My mom likes this knee massager she has constant knee pain. After the first time taking it off the charger the cord that came with it snapped leaving the head of it in the charging port. We were able to get it out but had to buy a new cord for an already expensive item. Definitely only get on sale.
