Honestly one of the best waist trainers I've ever owned. My favorite thing about it is the high low curve in the back. Most waist trainers ride really low in the back flattening out your 🍑 but this doesn't, which makes it the best among others.

Ummmmm damn. Mmmmhhhhmmm yup. I’ve always waist trained, this thing right here is the BEST. Periodt. It DOES NOT roll up, front or back. Strong hold. It’s super tight and comfortable.I’m 5’10” 180lbs and I’m in a XS. I was wearing a XS with 7 steel bones but this is stronger than that.
