I have taken BH Akkermansia+ consistently for 31 days (I just started my second bottle) and it seems as though I just don’t think about eating as often or I fill up more quickly. I tend to agree with those who say it quiets the “food chatter or noise.” I did have some mild GI issues when I started, but they passed within the first week or two. I did not step on the scales when I started taking this, but did so one week ago and I lost one pound since. I have made a few additional changes to my diet and activity level in the last few weeks as well, but I believe the Akkermansia+ has helped me not think about food, limit portions, and/or say no to unnecessary eating . I plan to order more.

I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago with my Perfect Aminos. I haven't noticed a huge change in my eating habits, or reduced cravings, but I am not giving up. I love many of the products that I have tried, I just know I need to take more often to feel the effects.
