I have tried every version of getting PA into me, and the coated pills are by far my favorite. I have trouble sallowing the uncoated pulls and I really struggle with drinking it 🤢. I can’t swallow the vitamins or the Onega 3 but these go down without a hitch! I take two doses in the AM and one if the late afternoon before dinner. It has really helped my recovery times after strength training.
