I Take this immediately after a workout, it's the perfect texture, mixes easily in my smoothie with no chalky after taste. I can definitely feel the increased energy it provides post workout. The added amino acids is an extra bonus for muscle repair. Quality Product!

I have been using this product for a few weeks now. Long story short I had a surgery and was not able to work out as much or nearly at all for 2 weeks of this time. Now I am back at it and still feeling just as strong. The flavor is smooth, and while I can’t %100 verify all benefits yet, I can say I enjoy the product and will continue using it into the foreseeable future.

I work out with a trainer who uses combination of cardio and strength. These are challenging workouts with heavy weights. Naturally I feel sore after workouts. I’ve tried several other Creatine powders and never felt or saw any difference. To my surprise I felt a mood shift right away similar to when I was taking exogenous ketones.
