I’ve noticed a big difference in my strength and recovery. I CrossFit and am a vegetarian so I noticed a big difference when I started taking Creatine. Greater gains to my Olympic lifts and I’m not as sore after workouts.

I love that the creatine isn't grainy, dissolves well, and that it includes the Aminos. I just wish it had all 5 grams on Amino acids recommended, not just 2 grams.
