The pills are large but expected from Omega 3's the taste is much better than others and there is no after taste. Great quality product and I will be buying again. I highly recommend it.

Although the pills are rather large, the health benefits from taking these outweighs it. I’ve been taking omega for 3 months now and alternate between taking one to two based off how much I’m actually eating omegas in my diet. Highly recommend, especially if it’s hard for you to get enough Omega 3 from eating alone.

My husband has been stacking BodyHealth supplements for a long time, but was still using an inferior omega from another company. Years ago he was taking a fish oil based supplement as an omega-3 source, but ceased use due to aftertaste...he has been since using a flax heavy product. But once I learned the facts about flax (especially for men) and that one tablespoon daily will give you seven to eight grams of ALA, but little of that will be converted to EPA and DHA...I decided to hunt down a new omega supplement for him. Since we already know and trust BH when I realized they had this omega it was an easy grab. He likes these a lot and says there is no aftertaste or fishburps. As always, I wish BH would upgrade to using glass bottles, but as long as they deliver quality we're willing to overlook plastic packing for now.

First, these will not give you the fish burps like so many other brands. The pills are larger, but for some reason with other brands I had to choke them down. Not with these, incredibly easy to swallow and feel good that I am getting the cleanest and purest Omega 3's money can buy. Highly recommend!
