This is a great product. Perfect way to get Omega's with the added benefit of the anti-inflammatories like boswelia and turmeric. I usually don't like pills that are too large but this capsule goes down very easy and it has no "fishy" taste at all. Highly recommend.

Take this daily. The pills are rather large so if you have trouble swallowing pills you may want to rethink these. They are a smooth capsule so that makes them easier to swallow. Will definitely keep taking these!

So I’ve been taking this omega supplement for a few months now… Not once have I had any of these “fish burps “that I’ve experienced in the past with other brands nor do I have the obnoxious orange flavor they used to mask. The softgels are large, but easy to swallow… So far it’s a keeper!
