When I first started using Greens, I wasn't sure it was doing anything. But when I ran out, I started feeling some digestive discomforts, which vanished when I started taking the Greens again. Any time I go off the Greens, the digestive issues arise again. I haven't even started taking the Greens that include mushrooms. I'm going to be interested to see what comes of the addition of mushrooms.
