Pills are completely different. I had to double check to make sure I was taking the right thing. This is fine, but the packaging is huge. It went from a small 4”bottle to a box with three sleeves of pills that take four times the amount of space that the bottle did. I can’t even fit it where I usually put my pills.

I think highly of this probiotic! The nurse recommended this for me as I kept getting BV because of a PH imbalance. Since taking these probiotics, I haven’t had any issues.

I have been using Clairvee for years now. I have always been happy and pleased with the product. I not pleased nor satisfied with the new packaging. I like the original packaging in the bottle better than the box. The pills appear different than what was in the box. I am considering canceling now.

I have used this product a few months, and it has been a quality product for me. What I took a star off for has nothing to do with the product itself. I was sent the new format pills in the blister pack, and there was no explanation of the format change included in the package so I had to go online to make sure about the validity of the product change. I'm not in love with the blister packs, but cutting them open isn't that big of a deal for me.

Why did you change it?!!! It was perfect the was it was. Two capsules in one. . . the first that gets to the stomach, and the second that allows the probiotics to get to the female parts. I have not seen that anywhere and thought it was genius. Now - Different packaging. Big deal - I try to remove a capsule and it bends. MOST IMPORTANT - there is only ONE capsule. I can buy that anywhere! What happened to the innovative 2 capsules in one? Now it's just like any other probiotic at the store for women's health. The stomach will dissolve the capsule, and nothing will get to our lady parts. So disappointed. . .

I’ve been taking this supplement for several years and it has kept most yeast infections at bay. Only about one a year instead of several a year. Now they have changed the pill and the packaging (much more tedious to get the pills out of than the plastic bottle of before) and I almost immediately got a yeast infection. I’m not sure it’s worth the high price anymore, now that the active ingredient’s aren’t protected to get further into my digestive track. I will likely cancel my subscription.

I was really disappointed yesterday when my 3 month supply arrived. Instead of receiving 3 bottles of pills that are easy to access there's now 3 bulky boxes with the pills now in the push through foil packaging. What happened? Did you change the formula? The pills look different. Was this company bought recently and now has new owners? I'm in the process of looking elsewhere for a replacement to Clairvee. Super disappointed.

i’ve been using this product for a few years now IDK if it’s changed anything, but I am not gonna chance stopping taking it because at this point I don’t remember how things were prior to taking it! What I did actually really love was the old packaging! This new packaging is ridiculously HUGE! Like who has room to store all these boxes? I will forever be keeping my old little jars and placing each individual little pill back into the old little packaging just so it fits in my cabinet! Did the marketing department think that everyone had a cupboard just full of these pills to Store? When you share a house with your family everyone has a certain amount of space in the cabinet. Otherwise it just turns into clutter!Reconsider the old, smaller packaging, please!

New packing is individual blister packet. I put my pills in 3 weeks of pill cases since I have tons of medications with all my medical issues as a combat wounded Veteran so I don't have the time to pop out 14 pills on an OTC pill. I have been ordering for years but this will be my last order. You saving a few cents on packaging just lost you all my money for years. Congrats on whoever made that decision for you, they just lost you money.

I'm just on my first month and there is already a difference. My only issue is the packaging - it's difficult to push the capsule through. I need to use scissors to open the pouch containing the capsule. Otherwise the product itself is a blessing!

I am not a fan of the new packaging at all. The five sleeves of pills is way more space consuming and not as convenient at all as the small bottle they used to come in. The product is great, just the new packaging is terrible.
