A daily supplement designed to combat sleep disruptions caused by hormonal changes, Noctera balances your body’s natural sleep signals to improve quality of sleep, reduce sleep disturbances, and increase daytime energy.*
What is Noctera?
Formulated specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women, Noctera works with your body’s natural sleep patterns to help improve overall sleep quality impacted by hormonal changes.
Ingredients
Noctera is a hormone-free, non-sedative sleep supplement with a continuous-release, non-groggy formula. It combines GABA, L-theanine, magnesium glycinate, and SAMe—each carefully selected to help rebalance hormonal signals that disrupt sleep patterns and to calm the mind for a better night's rest.
Key Ingredients:
Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate), GABA (gamma-aminobutryic acid), SAMe (S-adenosyl L-methionine disulfate P-toluenesulfonate), l-theanine, propyl gallate.
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, color (calcium sulfate, magnesium carbonate), triethyl citrate, isomalt, glycerin, glycerol monostearate, polysorbate 80.
What to Expect
For maximum benefit, use Noctera daily and continuously, as it is not an on-demand treatment. Noctera starts working as early as one week, though most women begin to notice and feel improvement in two to three weeks. Results with Noctera continue to improve over time. We recommend taking Noctera for at least two to three months to maximize sleep benefits.
How to Use
Take two tablets of Noctera once daily, 60 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water, and with or without food. For best results, use consistently each night. Results improve with continued use.
