I have been using the BioGaia Prodentis Mint Lozenges for about a month now. I had developed severely bleeding gums for a few months and didn't know what to do. I had cut down brushing my teeth down to once every other day because I couldn't stand to look at the red blood in the sink. Now a month later, I barely notice a pink color in the sink, and I brush every day. These mints have done wonders for me, and I look forward to fully healing my gums and just having clear water and toothpaste foam in the sink after brushing.

After saliva testing, I found out I have oral pathogens causing gut dysbiosis. I have been taking omeprozole for years. After using BioGaia for only 2 months. I have been able to skip several days of that medication. I am hopeful that with continued BioGaia use I will be able to stop having daily heartburn all together! I am so excited! I started taking this product at the recommendation of my dental hygienist to help my gums from continuuing to recede despite impeccable oral hygiene. After brushing and flossing at bedtime every night, I use one or two lozenges. They have a nice taste, and I seem to have less "morning mouth" the next morning. My next hygienist visit is in about a month, will be my first exam since starting the lozenges.
