Love the product. The shipping is in need of some improvement. My last delivery was a nightmare. The containers of powdered detergent were all placed in the bottom of the box and then a lot of paper was thrown in on top which allowed the containers to bang against each other and resulted in one container of the Swindler to burst and cover everything in the box. The paper that was used in the top of the box should have been used to wrap each container separately, in my opinion.
