I'm on my 4th bottle and I am stunned at how well this has worked for me! My husband has noticed the shift which is the biggest positive review of all haha. I started noticing small differences around 4 weeks of taking it but by the end of the 2nd month, it was noticeable. And now, it feels like night and day. I am so thankful for Serenol. After a total hysterectomy with salpingo-oophorectomy and chemotherapy, I was suddenly in menopause and I was an emotional rollercoaster! Due to the type of cancer I had, I can not take any hormones. After taking Serenol for only a month, I was feeling more like myself. While I still cry at times for no reason, I am not an emotional wreck going from one emotional extreme to another. Consistency is key. I highly recommend it.
