My husband and I love everything we bought from here except this cutting board. We have bought pots, pans and knives, which were all of excellent quality so far but this (extra large) cutting board has been a major disappointment. I have never had a cutting board splinter, warp or fall apart, especially in the short time we have owned it (only a few months). Even while taking proper care of it, it is still falling apart. I thought the quality would be much better, given how much we paid for it. We may purchase other pots and pans and other accessories from here in the future but will never consider purchase a cutting board from here again.

I don’t know who to reach out to but I’m not satisfied with this product as the first time being used & follow before use instructions (if applicable) my board was ruined after one use. I don’t even wanna use it anymore because it’s ruined. Looks terrible now and one of the many reasons I bought it was to show off how beautiful it is. I can’t now and I wish I can send pictures of what it looks like now and also wish I can have a replacement sent with me sending back the ruins one I have now. I didn’t do or put anything on it that shouldn’t have been although it should’ve be used for everything but all I put on it was charcuterie items for a holiday gathering I had. Yes the items were on it for a good hour or so that’s because it was for eating good on it for company. Please reach out to me and let me know how we can resolve this. I’m a purchaser of a few orders recently and last year as well. Spent a good amount of $ on my items. Beautiful large block cutting board. I leave it on the counter as a show piece. Of course functions perfectly as a cutting board. Make sure to get a food grade oil to prep and maintain it. You want to take care of this work of art. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It had a rough texture. My husband had to sand it down. It would have been a better deal if the miner Oil came with it so I could get it conditioned right away. Or at least give the customer have a choice to order it or not with the board. Since it’s been conditioned and sanded down I really like it. I use it for making homemade Pasta and pie dough.

Much larger than I expected but it's built nicely so I just leave it out all the time. Only negative I have is that there's an ever-so-slight warp to it that makes it wobble. I'm using food-grade mineral oil on it and it's slowly taking out some of the warp. May get better once this dry winter air passes as well. Overall, very nice board.

So far so good with this board. Very large can do a lot with it. Only thing I could suggest to users or recommend to hexclad is the emblem for hexclad is only on one side. If you want to have the board clean decide if you want the hexclad emblem up or not and cut on what side to use so it can look like a clean board if you're throwing an event. Hexclad could decide to get an option to emblem both sides if you want, perhaps?

Had the three different sized frying pans now for about a week or so. So this is a short term review. Pans heat very evenly and the nonstick is the best I have ever experienced. Cleaning is very easy since I haven’t had anything stick. Do NOT heat these pans beyond medium heat, they heat up fast.
I’m sold and I am cookware snob. I gave up All-Clad for HexClad. They are excellent. I use mine on an induction cooktop. The heat distribution is great as is the temperature control. Browning happens nicely and you can cook on a lower heat. I have a whole collection and will add more!
