Never received. However I did receive a box that said 20 pound Macebell on it, but unfortunately it only had a yoga mat inside. Trying to contact anyone for this is nigh impossible so far. Maybe this negative review will help the process of eventually getting what I ordered.

Great quality! It came in a very well-packaged box. No dings or dents. The end cap is welded metal and it�s not sharp. Very quality. This can also be used for so many different workouts, never thought it would be used for various techniques.

I�ve never used a maceball before so there was a bit of a learning curve to it. However, wow. Does this add some game changing workout moves to your routine. I love the extension it gives to my back. This beings my medieval mace swinging fantasies to life! I would suggest looking up a tutorial on how to use it as I didn�t have a clue. You�ll also want to make sure you either have high ceilings or do it outside because there�s a lot of reach to the bar. It�s a great workout though and the 10 pounds feels a lot heavier when you�re swinging it around. Overall, it�s fun, different, and works on both strength and cardio so I�m very happy to have added this into my routine.

I must confess that I was very intrigued by the Prosourcefit Steel 10lb Macebell. Never before had I even seen one, let alone know how to use one. When it arrived, I opened it up and immediately knew I had to find a video. Much to my surprise, I found out that the steel macebell is very versatile and can be used in several different exercises. I could definitely feel my upper body muscles being stimulated and getting a workout, I felt the burn for a few days. It�s been a few weeks now of using the steel macebell and I already feel upper body strength that I have never felt before. It�s very easy to use, the non slip grip allows you to switch from one exercise to another with no worries of losing control. My balance seems more on point, my arms are beginning to show muscle and I can definitely see me hitting the ball farther in our family softball games this summer. I love this thing, and 10lb weight seems to be just perfect for me. Adding this to my workout regimen, makes me feel so much stronger, kind of like a warrior !

I have used this as a weight to lift and I realize it is pretty heavy. I would not buy again, when I read about it was saying something to do with yoga but I realize now I wouldn�t buy it again.

The material it is made of seems resistant, although at the moment I have not used it to hit tires, only exercises without friction, it has two areas on the handle with relief to help grip and prevent it from slipping, the thickness of the handle for me is the right one, but my hands are big, the weight is ideal, neither too heavy nor too light.
