I do love this product but the only downfall is, if you have bigger ankles it’s a little awkward because the Velcro will rub on your skin and it’s not the most comfortable thing but it’s bearable. I do recommend because it does do the job and I enjoy it besides the Velcro.

I bought two of these one for my daughter and one for my grandson who works out a lot and he absolutely loves it. I started an amount on the 12th pound we’re gonna eventually go up to 15 and then so on it so on, but it’s a wonderful product. I would recommend this to anyone who is on their fitness.I
