First of all, this arrived much faster than initially anticipated. I have been dealing with the pain from an old injury that caused my back muscles to knot up and overcompensate. After the session, I could feel this mat doing exactly what I needed it to do — put pressure on the knot that was causing everything else to get out of alignment, and finally relieve that tension.

The quality could be a little bit better, The delivery was great, and once I got acclimated to it on bare skin for my back it is awesome, a great way to unwind at the end of the day!! Wish they had a full size 5 or 6' for the whole body.

I gave this mat as a gift and even thought the gift card was forgotten in the packaging... the receiver started using it immediately and loves it!!! He told he that he has even taken the pillow in the car to use on his lumbar area. Great mat!

Unfortunately I am unable to use the Mat & Pillow because of the serious problem with my back, as my doctor and Physical Therapist informed me. This mat came recommended by my acupuncturist so I knew it was probably a good product. This has quickly become my go-to treatment after working in the garden all day and getting sore in the back and hips. Fifteen minutes is all I need to totally rejuvenate my body and feel like I can move again. It takes a few minutes to completely relax into the mat, but the results are fast and extremely effective for me. The more I use it, the more my skin adapts to the pressure points. In the beginning my skin felt a little itchy after using it, but it's no longer an issue. Who knew that such a simple concept could save me lots of money in massage therapy and chiropractic adjustments. I'm very happy with the results whenever I lie on this mat and neck rest.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but really like the mat and pillow. I've used the pillow a few more times than the mat, because it's so easy to just prop on the couch and relieve a little tension. The plastic points ARE very sharp, but once you settle in you get used to it and it feels great. (The instructions say this, but it does work more effectively if your bare skin is on the mat/pillow, versus wearing a shirt.)

I may have fallen in love with my new Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set. I have used it in the evenings for 10-15 minutes at a time, as well as during floorwork during an Alexander Technique class. I feel more energized and less achy after using it, and I appreciate the resulting changes to my outlook on the world.

This acupressure mat and pillow take a little getting used to. I jokingly refer to it as my bed of nails. But if you give it a chance you'll find it to be relaxing and quite helpful for relieving stress and muscle soreness.

Such a simple device, but it works well to relax places in my back, which has relieved some pain in my leg.
