this so far has helped so much with my redness! i will say, the pump on mine is super annoying. its hard to press down and when you finally do it’s really harsh and the serum goes flying lol. but the actual product is really good and maybe i just got a messed up bottle.

There is nothing else like this on the market and it is this product that finally cleared up the last of my skin problems (acne and rosacea). The serum is definitely more effective than using hypochlorous acid spray on its own. Important to know that this and the spray are akin to a disinfectant (albeit extremely gentle for sensitive skin), and not a source of hydration like a more typical serum. So it’s great to use even just one pump on the face AM and PM after washing your face at night or when you first wake up, wait awhile, and then do any other skincare. I agree with reviews stating the pump doesn’t function correctly, so I hope Tower 28 does fix that. But this product is still worth it even with that minor flaw—just cup your hand and hold the bottle close to your hand when you pump so that it doesn’t splurt too far afield.

I have eczema and rosacea, and this product felt amazing on my skin—very cooling and soothing right from the first use. It helped calm the redness and made my skin feel more comfortable overall. I did notice a smell I didn’t love, and the pump is messy—it splashes the product everywhere, which is frustrating. I really hope they update the packaging. Still, the formula itself works so well that I’ll definitely repurchase!

I was really disapointed. This is real thin, but clogs the pump coming ou and then it is all over, so you waste product. It does not spread like a serum more watery going on. I won't buy again.

i've been using this with the sos spray and moisturizer and i love the system. my skin is hydrated but not greasy. just a word of caution, the pump can be strong, so a few times the serum came out so hard it bounced from my hand to my face, lol.

I don't know if it was the weather or stress or some new allergy, but my skin has been having the worst eczema breakout - especially on my face. This serum, combined with a few hydrating products, has almost completely obliterated that dryness. I do wish the pump was a bit better though, because I feel like I waste so much product the way it's currently designed.

This product has helped my rosacea! The redness has toned down immensely. It works well with the toner and moisturizer. Great to use all three especially in the cold weather months!

I love the serum, but the user experience of the pump makes me not want to use it! everytime i try to pump the serum out in my hand, it just ends up spraying everywhere and i cannot even do a half pump as the pump will not dispense any product unless you press all the way.

I do like this product. I do not really like the pump because it squirts the serum all over the place. Serum is soothing. I do like the consistency of it. It does help my skin with irritation.

Love the other products, but the serum made me red. I have roseaca..I researched the ingredients, one is known as an abrasive, so I'm assuming that's what did it. But I do love the SOS cream , tinted SPF and lip softie!
