I love these line. The shampoo is so nice. It’s thick and luxurious feel when you put it on is satisfying. The lather is amazing and my hair is so clean and smells beautiful. I opted for the refill on my second purchase due to the affordability. I highly recommend this product. I also use the body wash and lotion and it smells so good. I use the scent melrose place.

I have like ultra fine baby hair. If you touch or play with it more than twice, it's super greasy and this shampoo And conditioner leaves it shiny soft healthy looking smells great. It doesn't get greasy at all throughout the day. And I also started using it on my daughter who also has fine hair..I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who has fine hair.It is a game changer.

I absolutely love ouai. All of their products are amazing. I have thin hair that usually is kind of frizzy with not much body. After using ouai it’s no longer frizzy and actually has some body and wave.

Such a great deal. I first purchased this last year and loved it after I received a sample of it from sephora. It shipped so fast!! So far, this is the best shampoo I've found to make my fine hair feel more healthy and robust without residue or heaviness. When my husband began using it as well, I was glad to see these refills available. I feel like the bag is high-quality and no-fuss. After first use it sits upright in my cabinet without needing to be leaned on anything. I have fine hair and an oily scalp and I recently started using the shampoo and conditioner for fine hair. This shampoo & conditioner have changed my hair and scalp. I could never go 1 day without washing and I could smell the oil in my hair. These products seem to have balanced my scalp and my hair feels healthier and looks fuller. Buying the refills saves money and reduces waste. I also use the leave in conditioner and scalp drops and my hair looks and feels even better.
