I mix these mushrooms in my smoothie. The mix has a very light mushroom taste that blends in with anything. I am waiting to take it longer for results, but I know the research suggests the effects of mushroom supplements to be very positive. This is one supplement I will not do without! I've been taking Smart Mushrooms for years. I was very impressed with the quality and taste. I have them with my first meal every day, usually in a smoothie, but they're good in coffee too. I noticed my mental acuity improving very quickly. A while back my husband and I went on a 3 week motorcycle trip and we couldn't pack much of anything other than clothes and travel size personal hygiene products. I wasn't able to take the Smart Mushrooms this whole time. When we got home, I noticed my memory had gotten worse. I started taking them again, and didn't have any memory issues after that. I made up my mind I will always keep these in my routine as long as possible!

Helps with brain fog, noticeable improvement in focus, and gives me the energy throughout the day. I do not feel exhausted anymore and still have enough energy to do my night workouts. I incorporate this with my morning coffee, no complaints about taste and smell. Leaves a bit of residue but I add water and drink the rest of it.
