Definitely a Superior product compared to other saffron supplements on the market. I've tried a couple others that had little to no effect even within weeks of taking it. However, brain MD. Happy saffron! I was able to fill the effects of the first two doses. I'm skeptical so the first day I didn't give credit. I thought it was a placebo effect now over a week into taking the supplement daily. I know it is not. I have now dough fully in and am waiting on other supplements to arrive. Currently reading healing ADHD by Dr. Amen. Also listening to his You, Happier audiobook for my ADHD brain.
