I realized, after taking this pack of supplement that it was too much for my body to absorb. I experienced more anxiety and heartburn when taking the supplement. I have decreased the dosage and it seems to be working better.

I'm glad to be taking these minerals but I find the concentration and dosage too high for me. I only take one dosage or packet a day. I'm female and weigh 110lbs. I can't imagine that I should take the same dosage as a male weighing 210lbs.
